Problem is... it didn't. In reality as you stated, those price cuts that would have hypothetically pushed it over the PS2 never happened. Therefore the question is: In reality is there a reasonable path for the Switch now get there? I would say that it is possible buy not reasonable or probable. Switch probably wont pass 1 million sold in 2026. And there is plenty of stock out there so don't expect Nintendo to ship very many more either. If it can actually sell through 155 million that would be amazing on its own. Am I correct that you would agree with this assesment?
