AI assisted coding is quickly becoming a standard practice so every game not made by a tiny team that purposefully avoids using it is going to have "generative AI" involved in the creation process going forward. Cause of this you can either do the smart thing and criticize egregious use cases or do what you're doing and flip out over a beloved game made by talented people that left in some AI placeholder asset by mistake that was quickly removed and replaced after launch.
