Considering the state of CoD at this point, do you really want it?
But seriously, porting the ever clunkier, ever more bloated, ever more online dependent game on a platform much more different than the rest would need a year to properly port (unless they are fine with a crash and burn port). And by that point, the next CoD would be already out.
