1. Hollow Knight: Silksong
Despite the impossible hype, the game more than delivered.
2. Absolum
Highly anticipated as well (by me at least), combining two niche genres that I love, and also delivering. Being a new IP is a giant plus for me as well.
3. Donkey Kong: Bananza
Revolutionary, technically impressive and respectful to its fans
4. Mario Kart World
Lacking in very basic areas and with an underutilized open world, still the best Mario Kart, with incredible physics and tracks.
5. Hades 2
A tad disappointing, in regards to story and characters, the greatest strength of its predecessor, still a great game.
