As a fan of Tenchu and Onimusha, I dearly missed this vibe and am happy to see it return. And even if these games have similar-ish settings (ignoring that Japan and China are distinct countries/cultures), they don't really play or even feel the same. More differences to be found among them than Mario vs Kirby or Astro Bot, mechanically and thematically. Do yourself a huge favor and play Sekiro :) |
I strongly disagree with that comparison between Mario v Kirby v Astro… but that’s besides the point lol. One day, I will plays a FromSoft game from start to finish. Literally every single one looks like a blast to play. Maybe once Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition or Bloodborne 60FPS drops, then I’ll take the opportunity.
