Think it will affect the PS6 negatively and maybe even delay that hardware line entirely.
Consumer grade GPUs will also rise in price I think, you have to think from a Nvidia or AMD ... giving a consumer a GPU at a lower margin than their AI clients just isn't very smart business. So I think they're going to jack those prices up and become less consumer/gaming GPU focused.
