I agree it is more like 10% for Xbox Series and 5% for Switch 1 given that is the breakdown in the UK.

Xbox Series is ~30% more expensive than last year and there were no official hardware deals this year. I am not surprised there wasn't much of a boost. While the PS5 was heavily discounted.

Got to be the first time in Xbox history they've not done Black Friday hardware deals. If that's not a sign that they're done with Xbox Series I don't know what is.

The tariffs hurt them more than the others as they produce 100% of Xbox Series in China in I believe which has a much higher tariff than anywhere else. At least some Switch 2s and PS5s are produced in Vietnam. Plus Microsoft is done with selling consoles at a significant loss or really any loss at all.

There was a report that Microsoft is looking to produce up to 4.8 million Xbox devices in Vietnam in the near future. Devices would also include accessories like controllers and headsets. If they are able to produce some Xbox Series consoles there it could mean the price of the console might come down in the US. Not to where it was before but at least to something more reasonable.
