That is the price for AIB partners who will then charge more to the distributors who will then charge more to the retailers who will charge more to the consumer.

Of course, but considering the price explosion in the RAM segment, this is still just a minor price hike and probably won't cover all the costs for AMD, especially if the prices keep exploding like they're doing right now.
