Same. Frame looks interesting but I have no idea what the specs mean :)

Frame has double the memory, double the internal storage plus eye tracking and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 vs Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is built for top-tier smartphones with a more powerful CPU and GPU, faster AI performance, and higher display capabilities. In contrast, the XR2 Gen 2 is based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 architecture but is optimized for extended reality (XR) with features like improved positional tracking and lower latency camera passthrough.

8 Gen 3 vs 8 gen 2 is anything from 15% in 3D Mark Wild Life Extreme, to around 45% in Solar Bay, which is RT heavy. 8 Gen 3 is first one that's advertised as being able to run more modern game pipelines due to much improved RT performance.

Ah, I doubt there are any VR games that use RT... Will it be able to run CP2077 with VR mod standalone, probably not?
(Foveated streaming will of course still make CP2077 shine on Frame)

Can PCVR mods run on standalone headsets at all?

Guess not, thanks AI :/

You cannot install PCVR mods directly onto a standalone headset and run them without a computer. Your options are to use your standalone headset as a PCVR device by linking it to a powerful PC, or to find specific, separate mods that have been created for the standalone version of the game.

Maybe paired with the GabeCube :)
