I didn't know about OptiScaler but now I do, so that's definitely nice. I kind of thought it wouldn't be possible or that it would be too inefficient to work out, or just have other issues. Anyway, it definitely lessens the software advantage of Nvidia for me. I've never really liked my RTX 4060 but it's too soon to upgrade, but perhaps come next generation and its equivalent cards (so in two-ish years, I guess?), there's a good chance I'll upgrade, and hopefully I'll remember OptiScaler too.
