PS2 is between 160 million and 160.63 million. There were 160,636,885 PS2s produced, while Sony announced PS2 sold over 160 million. Produced doesn't mean the number of units sold given there are consoles used store displays, so we don't know the exact number.
If Switch reaches 160.64 million lifetime that would mean it is number one without any asterisks needed.
