Is Metroid Prime 4 in trouble?

The anxiety most Metroid fans feel with this game is palpable. Many have pushed that anxiety down to almost no feeling at all, with a vague disbelief that they won’t be playing the game in less than a month. It’s been a survival technique for so many as this title has wavered in and out of existence for almost a decade. You were right to voice your concerns, because you definitely were feeling anxious about it, but I’m glad you’re feeling a bit appeased by the new media coming out. 

Now it’s time for all Metroid fans (myself included) to believe and to get fricking HYPED for December 4th. I am ready to get lost, to get destroyed, to be amazed and to get that feeling that only a Metroid Prime game can give to us fans. Here’s to hoping that the next 30 days bring a lot of new fans onboard and help this title hit 5 million units sold. That is the goal, for sure. 

I know I am being unrealistic but I am really hoping for 12M lifetime.  A few million out of the gate and then fantastic legs through the life of the Switch2.  Unrealistic I know but a little green guy can dream.
