The dig isn't at Sony, it's at the group of people that believe no matter what that the Switch 2 is a failure and cherry pick data or reframe/devalue impressives feats (like the biggest launch globally) to keep the negativity train going. A group of people who would forseeably try to use the lack of Pokemon ZA sales in the quarterly report as proof of Nintendo's failing, stating it failed to cross a million in sales or the sales being so abysmal Nintendo wouldn't release them. It would be compared to Concord because a really succesful company released a game that flopped.

Oh yes, some people come to the thread about Switch 2 launch success and Switch 1 long term success to take jabs at Sony for some reason, even coming up with future imaginary attacks that never happened as a mean to "defend it" (attack them yourself)... which is definitely not petty at all. |
Then you could've actually quoted someone who took a preemptive jab at another user or one of the actual jokes aimed at Sony. There were a few posts you could've chosen, but you chose one that mentioned Concord, which wasn't even the main topic of the post. There is pettiness in the thread, just not who you called out.
