Restaurant food should be banned

Imagine you want to ban the number one place for people to meet each other for some nice conversations just because you can't really use it yourself... we can argue about fast food chains and if they shouldn't be allowed to have "kids meals" with some toys included and stuff like that because the reason why this exists should be obvious but banning "Restaurant food"? What?
