Honestly with the New Xbox pc hybrid rumored at 1200$..... yes... I can easily see it be 10m or less total sales.
If PS6 is like 600$, and runs slightly lower resoultion in games than the Xbox PC hybrid....
the "HALF" price thingy ontop of consumer trust and brand strength.... yes.
PS6 is gonna massively outsell Xbox next gen.
