I would definitely prefer better sensors, radar and stuff like that above "it was involved in many more conflicts because it's from USA". And if Russia would be the size of Ukraine and Ukraine would be allowed to attack Russia as much as Russia attacks Ukraine, I would definitely prefer to live in Ukraine with the more modern technology even if it wasn't already used in 100 wars.
