I agree that the marketing for this game have been very weird. There was a moment I thought Nintendo wanted to revamp the Metroid franchise with Metroid Prime 4 the same way it did to The Legend of Zelda with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. But after so long time of waiting, we were given only small trailers with confusing info (Samus on a bike out of nowhere) and uninteresting features (Samus with psychic powers that she can use to open doors). If it turns out as good as the others Metroid Prime games, tough, it will still be an excellent game.. but not enough to revamp the franchise
