I would not read that much into it. If you buy the game digitally from the PS Store you get both the PS4 and PS5 version for the same price. It really doesn't make sense just to buy the PS4 physical version of all things (despite PS5 backwards compatibility). Just another benefit in digital downloads favor. 

This way you can double platinum the game, saw people posting these double platinums on x
