Might not be a popular opinion but I found the PS3 to have the strongest first party presence.

The Last of Us
Shadow of the Colossus and Ico collection
Ratchet and Clank collection and the Future series games
Sly Cooper 1-3 collection + 4
Jak and Daxter trilogy
Resistance trilogy
InFamous 1 and 2
Killzone trilogy
God of War series in its entirety of the Greek Saga (1, 2, Ghost of Sparta, Chains of Olympus, 3 and Ascension - as horrible as Ascension was lol)
LittleBigPlanet Trilogy
Gran Turismo
Socom
Twisted Metal
Smaller titles like Puppeteer and Folklore
I'm sure I'm missing several more - and though the list is very western centric - I still found the library appealing enough to mark it as the best first party support.
PS4 would come close and PS1 and PS2 I see similar in quality.
