As of right now, I totally agree. In fact, we are one of the, if not the most open minded country in the world right now. But living here, I see where things are headed. For years Nazis are gaining traction and it doesn't seem to stop. And I don't want to be unprepared. Emigrating is nothing you do just overnight. I have to take care of a lot of things. That will be a lot more difficult once Nazis will be in the government. And as a member of SPD, I myself will pretty certainly be pursued in such a scenario. Maybe it won't happen, but I don't want to just rely on that welcome option. I mean, I have seen how fast things can develop in the US.

Plus, I never liked germany all that much. People are complaining all the time and about everything. =P
