Depends what you would consider a soulslike. Code Vein and Nioh 2 are the least challenging I’d say with the latter being the best soulslike out there. If you want a more challenging action game with sword combat then Rise of the Rōnin is one of the best games this gen (just look past the PS3 level graphics) or Stellar Blade which has by far the best combat of any game this gen and is (no joking about) one of the best games this generation.
Oh and an indie recommendation is Deaths Door which is quite frankly …flawless.
