Depends on how you'd define "well" really.

It will be 30fps, and settings will be trimmed back from the PS5 version. Still, Square seem to be investing a lot of effort in these conversions and taking a lot of pride in making sure their flagship series is well presented, so I expect it will be a cut above most similar ports.
