Just thinking, will there be a Nintendo monopoly again like it did in NES?

What I mean was if without SEGA competing Ninty will there be another video game crash because 3rd parties will just leave the video game market because they cant stand the practices of Ninty?

 

 

Nah. Companies will put up with unreasonable policies so long as they still make money with you. All Sega did was give some the option to say "Hey if we move maybe we can make them the next Nintendo." and make more then a couple games a year.

If it wasn't for Sega the only differences is that consoles would probably have something more like a 10 year lifespan.  The NES was still very popular when the SNES came out.
