Media should be all be public domain after a few decades. But 70 years is too much for games, it should be 40 or less since consoles don't last more than 10 years in market, everybody depends on companies goodwill to keep them available digitally with ports
If the company that owns the copyright of a game go extint or is bought by another there are odds you never will see that game available for purchase again
