I actually like Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus (well, maybe it's just that I like Christopher Lee...)
But still, I really like his curved hilt lightsaber and his fighting style. Very elegant, yet deadly. 
Plus, anyone who can fight Yoda and live to tell the tale gets points in my book. I still can't understand his pathetic fight with Anakin in episode 3. I guess George ran out of a clever way to get rid of him. O.o
