I have a laptop from work, so that covers my PC needs.
I replace my phone when it starts to crap out so badly that it's not good to use anymore, I guess it would be every 5-7 years or something.
I switch to the next Playstation gen a year or two after the launch. I also have a bad habit of double dipping with the Pro version when it comes out.
