How often do you upgrade your tech gears such as computers, phones, tablets, cars, etc?

Phone - every 4 years (now)
History
-iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB (Cosmic Orange) - 2025 (Pre-Ordered)
-iPhone 13 Pro Max 1 TB (Sierra Blue) - 2021 (Current phone)
-iPhone SE 2nd Gen 128 GB (Black) - 2020 (bought because my iPhone 6 plus became unusable after 6 years, decided 4 years will be the max) (Still using this as my work phone)
-iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB (Gold) - 2014 (broke down in 2020)
-iPhone 5 32 GB (Black and Slate) - 2012 (retired in 2020)
-Samsung SGH-T219 (Red) - 2009 (retired in 2012)
-Motorola Razr V3 (Silver) - 2004 (retired in 2009)
Gaming computer - every 5 years (now)

-RTX 4070 Super 12 GB, 32 GB RAM, 7800X3D, Win 11 - 2024 (Current)
-RX 570 4 GB, 8 GB RAM, Ryzen 3 2300X, Win 10 - 2020 (Current) - using it as a general computer or a video rendering computer, not for gaming
-RX 580 8 GB, 16 GB RAM, Ryzen 5 3600, Win 10 - 2019 (Current)
-Radeon 7850 2GB, 8 GB RAM, cant remember processor, Win 7 - 2010 but upgraded GPU and PSU back in 2012 (Broke down in 2020)
-Regular HP Desktop used as secondary gaming, 4 GB RAM?, cant remember processor, Win XP - 2004 (Broke down in 2011)
-Regular HP Desktop used as secondary gaming, 256 MB RAM?, cant remember processor, Win 98 - 1998 (Broke down in 2006)

-40 something'' Sony Bravia - 2011 (My first HDTV that I bought myself, currently in open area upstairs builders designated as a "Game Room".)
-Close to 100'' Sony Giant TV (forgot model) - 1999 (Had to abandon it due to too large to move, it was a bulky non-flat screen TV, so we left it at old home after moving out).
-30 something '' Sony TV - 1997 - broke down sometime in mid 2010s

I used to get Laptops but my phone provides me all the needs so my last purchased laptop (a gaming laptop from 2014) was my last laptop.

I dont have a set number of years anymore, if the system has b/c, I'll likely buy it day 1 and if not, year 1 otherwise at least 2 years if no b/c
