I truly do not understand people’s expectations sometimes, here is the first party lineup along with some of the bigger 3rd parties franchises for the current fiscal year:

June 5-Mario Kart World

July 17-Donkey Kong Bananza

October 16-Pokemon Legends Z-A

November 6-Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment

November 20-Kirby Air Riders

December 4-Metroid Prime 4: Beyond

February 12-Mario Tennis Fever

Spring 2026-Yoshi and the Mysterious Book (Crafted World was March so I’m guessing this is)

I just don’t get how someone looks at that lineup and is like, “yeah, that’s a soft release schedule”

^ I just removed all third party games and remakes/remasters. Overall, I have to agree with you. We're getting 8 new games for Switch 2 from Nintendo within the first 10 months of launch. WTF did PS5 or Xbox Series have within that timeframe for 1st party? Nintendo honestly has it's competition beat because they stick to a release schedule that is more like 1997 than 2025.
