I agree that modern games are much easier than the NES ones. Some games overdo it though. Ghouls n'Ghosts, Battletoads for example.


Mega Man 2 was the only one I finished. But then, I've only really played about 6 Mega Man games... I also have to agree, though. Modern games are super easy at times. The only time they're difficult is when they're just blatantly unfair. After all, how many modern games come with one-hit kills? The only one that springs to mind is the old-school throwback Contra 4. Which, by the way, rules.
