Articles written before 2001-2002 ( eh eh Yamauchi stepped down in 2001/2002 so both Namco and Square started to develop for Nintendo systems ).

 

Hey!  No talking ill of Yamauchi!  He hired Miyamoto, and that gives him immunity!

 

Well actually he hired him only because of his friendship with Miyamoto's father...

However have you seen my avatar ? Eh eh I believe Yamauchi is a self-made man that from a little family card company become the richest japanese. 

He had good insight and a will of steel  but Iwata is more smart about VG business IMHO.
