As someone that doesn't own a 9th gen console yet but does own a capable enough PC, absolutely not. I'm increasingly unhappy about the prices, especially when I can probably get the games I care about on PC simply by waiting for a while. Nintendo is the exception, but I have too little experience with Nintendo yet to care beyond some curiosity. That might change eventually, but until my backlog permits me to get more familiar with Nintendo, that'll have to wait.
