What could this mean?

Will he announce that he's giving up his office? Will he announce that he deserves the nobel peace prize? Will he make a more normal announcement but start rambling incoherently about grass and ICE and what the fuck ever?

Looks like it was to move the Space Command to Huntsville, AL, in yet another "fuck you" to people from states that didn't vote for him.
