Antagonism would be strong opposition. This strong opposition doesn't need to be friendly; If I spent money on X game that you love I hated, I'm not going to mince words because you may be annoyed/provoke. I believe that we need not over protect the easily annoyed and provoke. This is a forum where a mass amount of varying quality of opinions will be shared. Make the choice to avoid things that annoy/provoke you. Antagonism should be well articulated(All trolling is not and not intended to be). Its should stimulate. Stimulation is the missing ingredient here. 

Like I say, disagreement is fine, it's when it crosses the line into being rude, aggressive, or purposefully trying to annoy others that it becomes a problem as it ruins the forum for others who just want to discuss things like adults.

We call that trolling around these parts.
