That would be a very odd split of dies in terms of CU or WGP count.
40, 24 and 12 are very close to each other, while on the other hand 96 is way above 40, that's too big of a gap, especially if those are supposed to be WGPs, not CU. 12CU also don't make sense unless that one would be APUs
