This tweet is baffling. Trump recognizes the entire problem of this prolonged war, that Ukraine has not been allowed to properly attack Russia. He correctly blames Biden for once. And right at that point where he could make the right call to step up support for Ukraine, he reverts back to stupidity and calls it Biden's war.
