Yeah, though with RPG elements 

Aside from fetch quests, a huge expansion of the lore and more character development than any other Dragon ball Media I've seen.

I'm not sure if that is a yes or a no. Is there any other gameplay aside from the fights and looking for stuff in the overworld?
