Shipment wise the difference is 2.1 million units. Our data is showing Sony has more of a stockpile with the PS5 than with the PS4. 

Sony did reveal PS5 had sold-through 56 million in March 2024 (end of FY 2023), while there were 59.3 million shipped for a confirmed gap of 3.2 million. Page 14 - https://www.sony.com/en/SonyInfo/IR/library/presen/business_segment_meeting/pdf/2024/GNS_E.pdf

Right now our gap between sold and shipped for PS5 is 2.89 million.
