I don't know, extrapolating from a random AMD slide that is incredibly vague with this sort of information sounds risky.
Last gen there were marketing firms and leakers doing exactly the same thing, and people were sure that VGC had overtracked the XBOne. It turned out to have been undertracked all along when MS divulged sales data at last.
