That Megyn Kelly stuff puts her hypocrisy front and center, I recommend watching.
I literally just caught this one. It more or less confirms what I want to say about the following post:
| LurkerJ said: Not long ago, the right threw a hissy fit over this ad. Even Elon Musk jumped in and made silly comments. Check the YouTube comments section for how vile and triggered people were over it. I'll try to be consistent and say the same thing for both ads, they grabbed my attention. Prior to seeing either ad, I had no idea that Jaguar was about to unveil a new lineup of cars, and I never thought about American Eagle as a place where I can buy clothes. So well done both? Pop Culture was regularly guilty of being controversial, maybe we're just heading back to how things were not long ago, for good or bad, depending on your perspective. |
It seems that the hissy fits being thrown at this ad and the Sydney Sweeney ad are both coming from predominantly right-wing reactionaries and a small number of pro-leftist virtue signalers whose life is just virtue signaling about every little thing they can find.
This is the current face of outrage culture, it's predominantly from the reactionary side pretending like the entire left thinks a certain way, when it's really just a small number of pro-left virtue signalers.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
