Canada price increase happened today. The original Nintendo Switch increased by $20 CAD to $419.99, the Switch Lite increased by $20 CAD to $279.99, and the Switch OLED increased by $40 CAD to $489.99. We will know in 2 days, but probably a similar increase in the US. 

Before the price increase in the US the Switch 1 is $299.99, Lite is $199.99, and OLED is $349.99.

Something I noticed in Nintendo's financials is that the Yen is getting stronger again versus Dollar and Euro, after years of weakening. This could be a reason for the increase, not saying the only one.
