Saying how many are terrorist is pure racist. Hamas fighters number 20 to 30 thousand out of 2.1 million people, including all that fired rockets during oct 7, estimated 7,000 of those participated in the attack. A large scale attack as a last resort after all non violent options (like the Gaza border protests 2018-2019) didn't lead anywhere. That doesn't excuse the terrorist attack, for which the ICC rightly issued 3 arrest warrants against Hamas leaders.
