Israeli Jews, Christian Palestinians, and Muslim Palestinians all have overwhelmingly significant prehistoric Levant ancestry. All three groups descend from Canaanites. All three groups even descend (in part) from historic Jewish populations.

Muslim Palestinians are slightly Arab-shifted and Ashkenazi Jews/Sephardic Jews are moderately European-shifted, but the bulk of the ancestry of both groups (and Christian Palestinians) is indigenous, prehistoric Levant ancestry. 

It really doesn't make sense to talk about "more indigenous" when both groups have strong ancestral ties to the Southern Levant.
