If people are forced to enter their private information for age verification, what do you think that means? It's implicit consent, which they're coercing through the use of restricting fundamental features which we pay for. |
So who is at fault here, the EU for making the law or the corporations, I am still at a loss at who you are aiming your ire at. How do you actually do an age verification if you do not submit something to actually prove your age. If you are not of the age to use a certain product or information than it doesn't matter if you believe you paid for it. That is like saying I paid for internet and I am 16 years old so I should be allowed to go to any site I want including porn site. Your government has deem you should not be allowed to do so and instituted laws against it. Its actually not the site that has instituted what is used to verify your age its actually the EU which has set the guidelines to what is acceptable.
