The Good:
- Peaceful environment
- Friendly people
- Good weather. We don't have hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclone or typhoons

The Bad:
- Corruption
- Cost of living high in the southern cities and becoming costly everyday.
- Poor infrastructure.
