Been looking at the market for many years, but I still find the cost to be way too high for what you get. The amount of actual good games made specifically for VR is nowhere near worth it. There's also added issues of space at home, and storing the gear itself, I have very limited storage as well in my apartment (typical newly constructed "area efficiency" planning).
