interesting, never meet an animist. Very interesting views of the world. I agree with the thought that all living objects have a life force behind them. I don't totally understand the belief that all natural accurances have life forces though, I have a hard time seeing a form of spiritual or universal energy causing a rock slide. Care to explain the idea behind that?

Well, for your example of a rock slide. There's a universal energy that accompanies that rockslide but the "cause" is undoubtedly physics. The energy could potentially be good or bad but it's usually just neutral. All things being equal, the animistic influence will tend toward harmony.

interesting so its similar to the idea that for every good in the universe there is a bad or there is always an opposite energy or force. So black holes = there are white holes.
|
Kind of buy not necessarily. For instance the death of five people in battle may move toward inharmony and the birth of two children thousands of miles away will move things towards much greater harmorny. The opposite of an enourmous black hole may be the existence of an infinite amount of very small black holes.

interesting but shouldnt Sir Isaac Newton's law that for every action there should be an equal and opposite reaction. Meaning that a black hole has to have an opposite force which would be a while hole. Meaning like you said death and life bring balance so a black hole which removes energy and a white hole which replaces would being balance. You cannot have two negatives to equal a positive.
