I figured they had cancelled it awhile back honestly, in development since 2019 but no gameplay trailer ever released, just the teaser trailer 4 years ago. After the lack of a gameplay trailer at Xbox 2024 Summer showcase I figured it was probably dead, and after no trailer on this year's summer showcase I was sure it was dead.
