For someone who may not be into Sonic games? Perhaps not. At least it means you haven't played Sonic Generations already, so you wouldn't be buying it for half a game. I think maybe 30-35 euro?
When you play the game, don't just play through it once, you should replay the stages trying to get the collectibles and beat your times, that's when you find out how well designed it is. The stages are designed to be replayed many times, because they have many different paths.
