The Supreme Court did the unthinkable in a 6-3 decision; they effectively gave Trump the power to override the Constitution via executive orders by blocking lower courts from issuing nationwide injunctions. This means his unconstitutional executive order banning birthright citizenship will take effect immediately–but that’s just the beginning.
