It almost feels like he is saying it's only war if Iran fires back, but then I assume the blame will be pinned on Iran, when it would actually be war right now and that's due to America, unless Iran immediately surrenders. You don't just bomb a country and it's somehow not war, what is this then? A Russian American Special Military Operation?
